Unfortunately, Lebanon has been at odds with America for decades. This is due in part to the U.S.’s warm relationship with Lebanon’s sworn enemy, Israeli. It may come as a surprise, but it’s Donald Trump who has managed to gain popularity points in Lebanon. The Lebanese seem to have more faith that Trump can turn things around in the middle east than his predecessors.
