3) Don’t Overdo It
It’s your vacation, so naturally you will feel the urge to indulge yourself. Of course, you should enjoy every moment of your holiday, but make sure not to go too far. If you overeat and drink, you will increase your chances of tummy troubles, which can lead to you spending more time in the bathroom than outside on the beaches. This is especially easy to do if you’ve booked an all-inclusive package that allows you to eat and drink without limits. Stuffing yourself with buffet food (which usually includes things with creamy sauces and greasy snacks) is not the best route. Don’t deprive yourself either, though. You can sample it all without going overboard. Avoid “saving yourself” for a massive dinner by starving yourself all day. It’s better to eat small servings more often, and eventually you’ll be able to taste it all.
