2) Everglades National Park for its Predators
There are plenty of things wandering around the countryside that can eat you, but few can surpass those found in the Everglades National Park. Located at the most southern tip of Florida, the park is home to one of the most efficient and effective predators ever to have roamed the planet—alligators. Alligators are ancient reptiles, and have evolved over hundreds of thousands of years to do one thing very well, kill. Given that many of the ‘gators reach a length of over 8ft., you would be advised to avoid them. The alligators are not the only animals over which you need worry, however. There are mosquitoes, which can give you malaria; spiders, whose bite can kill you in a matter of hours; and, of course, snakes. All in all, there are enough dangerous animals located in the park to make it one of the most dangerous places in the continental United States.
