7) Parlee Beach, New Brunswick
The waters of the Northumberland Strait are marked as being the warmest ocean water on the east coast of North America, north of Virginia. This fact has helped Parlee Beach, located in Pointe-du-Chene, New Brunswick, become the most popular beach in the whole state and with over 50 beaches to choose from that’s no mean feat. Parlee Beach Provincial Park has over 190 campsites in total, creating plenty of space for families to camp out on warm summer nights. Weekends are Parlee Beach’s most popular time with organised volleyball, touch football and supervised swimming on offer to keep everyone entertained. Summer seems to the be the only time Parlee Beach sees any visitors so if you don’t mind freezing coastal temperatures head there in the winter to get the place to yourself.
