3) St. Augustine Florida, The Ripley Museum

On the beautiful northern coast of Florida is the historic city of St. Augustine. Known for being the oldest city in America, the city is brimming with great things to see and do. Aside from it’s rich military, pirate and restless spirit lineage, many modern pioneers also called it home. Henry Flagler brought the railroad there in the late 1800’s and families like the Vanderbilt’s and Roosevelt’s had summer residences there. Located in the Castle Warden, this Ripley’s museum is the first and oldest in America boasting a collection of over 20,000 unique exhibits. The museum is handicap accessible and offers many different tours and discounts including a discount for all veterans. Very cool of Ripley’s!
