The country of India is a large, vibrant, and diverse place with tons of sites to see and cities to explore. In general, people in India are friendly and welcoming to all their visitors, including those from America. Plus, since many people in India speak English, it’s easy to ask for directions or have an in-depth conversation with the people you meet. There’s so much to see and do in India, it can be hard to know where to start when you’re planning your trip. To see some of India’s most famous historic sites, travel in the Golden Triangle of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur. Or, if you want to see some of the country’s beautiful beaches, head south to Goa. If you want to spend time in India’s towering mountains, head north to see the Himalayas. This stunning country is full of beautiful places to explore.
