Exercising may be the last thing you think of when you plan to take a trip. Especially if you are going on a trip for pleasure or work, you may not want to think of having to work out. While most people tend to walk a lot on their trip, and do not need to worry about their activity level, it’s important to consider getting exercise when you know you will be stationary for most of the day. Exercise helps to boost your immune system and release toxins from your body. It is a good idea to get up and move every few hours not only to burn off all the food you are probably eating, but also to prevent blood clots.
