3) Wash Your Hands (carry hand sanitizer)
When you’re packing for a trip, the one thing you shouldn’t forget is hand sanitizer. While you travel, it’s very likely that you’ll be touching many surfaces that have germs. Sometimes when you travel to an unfamiliar place, it may be hard to wash your hands properly. Washing your hands is better than hand sanitizer, but using an alcohol based hand sanitizer is a good back-up method when you can’t find a sink. Make sure your hand sanitizer has at least 60% alcohol in it, or it won’t kill the bad germs on your hands. Hand sanitizer is especially important if you travel with small children who are prone to putting their hands or objects in their mouth. Keep your hands germ free, and don’t forget to wash your hands as often as you can with soap and warm water.
