2. Magnolia Market – Waco
A newer but increasingly popular vacation spot in Texas is in the town of Waco. Thanks to the wildly popular Fixer Upper television show on HGTV, Chip and Joanna Gaines have turned once abandoned silos in the middle of the city into a tourist hot spot. The couple has completely renovated the entire area turning the main building into a large décor boutique, added a custom bakery, an inspiration garden, lawn area for kids and families to relax as well as an area for families to sample the local food trucks. Not only is the Market beautiful but everything has a small town feel. The cashiers are always smiling and friendly, the food is delicious and the outside lawn area can keep you entertained all day long.
