4) Oakville

Oakville is a place for romantics. Not because of its sheer beauty, nor because of the soporific peace and quiet. It’s a city that’s a bit too perfect to imagine—unless you’ve been down here. The city has an overwhelming affluent population. Perhaps the small population of just 200,000 has fewer opportunities for people still looking to make a fortune. Oakville is an attraction for those who have made it already. Like any small city, it has just a handful schools to groom its young residents, both public and private. The mix of public and private schools aside, Oakville has a disproportionately large number of cultural attractions. (No wonder it’s a place for the rich!). Also, if you are a fan of jazz, you’d know Oakville for being the place that hosts the world-famous Downtown Oakville Jazz Festival. Lastly, crime is rare in Oakville, but that doesn’t need any explanation. It’s a city for the rich, remember?
