Here’s what we found for a variety of hidden things to see and do the next time you visit Pennsylvania.

1) Bube’s Brewery and Catacombs Restaurant

Bube’s Brewery in Mount Joy, Pennsylvania is an authentic 19th century brewery and museum. Guests will notice the original furnishings inside the restaurant, tavern and brewery. Just outside of Bube’s is a real beer garden (biergarten) like the ones in Bavaria. Catacombs Restaurant affords its patrons a unique dining experience. Situated in a 19th century brewery, guests are surprised to see that where they are actually going to be dining sits 43 feet below the brewery upstairs, in the brewery vault. You are greeted by a guide dressed in a 19th century costume, who will then provide you a tour of the brewery as they lead you to your final destination, Catacombs Restaurant. This intimate dining experience is ideal for anyone attempting to impress his or her loved one. Oh yeah and bring your appetite with you because there are plenty of delicious food options for you to choose from.
