Approximately 9 million people are welcomed to the “Aloha state” annually. The six main islands comprise the volcanic archipelago in the central Pacific Ocean. Hawaii’s warm climate, diverse nature and abundant public beaches are some of the attractions for its many visitors. Here you can surf till your heart’s content or take a swim with the dolphins. Or, get up close and personal with scuba and snorkeling adventures under the sea. In the evening take in an authentic Luau and hobnob with the locals as you learn to hula dance. When the volcanoes aren’t active, you can take a tour of the Big Island’s National Volcanoe’s Park. Hawaii is abundant with many other natural wonders including magnificent waterfalls, scenic vistas, abundant colorful coastlines, and natural flora. It’s also chock full of history with the Pearl Harbor being a central attraction in the capital, Honolulu.
