2) The Wyldwood
Visiting a ranch when in Texas is required recreating. Here’s our suggestion: the Woodpecker Ranch in Wyldwood. A friendly couple opens up their ranch to upwards of 200 guests for live music concerts, wher4e bands perform right from the couples’ back porch. Attendees are encouraged to BYOB, along with lawn chairs, snacks and blankets.
For a fun, laidback environment, it’s a great spot and the best way we know to meet other tourists who share a love for live music. But you must be on the couples’ email list or know someone who is to be invited to the festivities. We advise you act accordingly.
