7) Loss of Motivation
Depending on the type of job you have, your routine might be filled to the brim with monotony. If this is the case, you are probably accustomed to boredom in your work. When you do the same thing every day, you don’t have a reason to look forward to future work. Therefore, you may lose personal motivation to get the job done. If you do not care about your work and are driven only by paycheck, you may get frustrated easily on the job. Additionally, you may not put in the effort to improve yourself. This loss of motivation is unfortunate because it can prevent you from excelling and possibly moving up. When you go on a vacation, the break from consistent work will leave you invigorated and ready to tackle the tasks ahead, opening you up to possible advancement.
