If you want to visit a unique national park during your trip to California, head to Joshua Tree. This national park is located in Southern California in Riverside and San Bernardino counties. The park is famous for its spiky and twisted Joshua trees that look like they came out of a Dr. Seuss book. The park also has amazing rock formations. If you’re a climber, the park has more than 8,000 climbing routes that are perfect for climbers of all abilities. There are also hiking trails where you can get an up-close look at the park’s Joshua trees, cactuses, and rock formations. If you want to stay overnight in the park, there are campgrounds throughout the park where you can pitch a tent and spend the night under the stars.
