Many Travel + Leisure readers didn’t think that Baltimore lived up to its “Charm City” nickname. The city of Baltimore does have plenty for visitors to do, but there are some areas where you’ll have to be careful, especially at night. Avoid using outside ATMs at night unless the area around them are well-lit, and walk in well-lit areas. If you’re looking for fun things to do in Baltimore, check out the Inner Harbor. This area is home to the huge National Aquarium, and it also houses the National Science Center. You can also take a tour on the USS Constellation, a ship that was first launched in 1854. Be sure to stop by the boat at noon, when they host a cannon firing demonstration. The city of Baltimore has plenty of great things for visitors to do.
