The MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey is home to the legendary Giants and Jets NFL franchises. Construction of this state-of-the-art facility was completed in 2010 at a cost of $1.6 billion. Since then, the MetLife Stadium has hosted Super Bowl XLVIII, which saw the Seattle Seahawks defeat the Denver Broncos 43-8. Once of sports entertainments biggest spectacles, WrestleMania 29 took place there, drawing a record crowd of over 80,000 fans. The stadium also plays host to college football, international soccer, monster truck competitions and stadium worthy music artists like New Jersey natives Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band and Bon Jovi to name a few. Like other modern stadiums, the MetLife offers a wide variety of food and drink options at concession stands and restaurants throughout the complex.
