A melting pot of ethnicities, The City of Angels is home to struggling actors, big stars, and everyone in between. As the entertainment capital of the nation and home to numerous internationally acclaimed film studios, many celebrities call this place home. Hollywood sits in the heart of L.A., nestled among the hills looking down on the city. The iconic Hollywood sign, the city’s most well-known symbol, overlooks its’ territory with pride from the Mount Lee side of Griffith Park. The shuttle bus tours and hiking trails provide excellent photo opportunities. Visit the TCL Chinese Theater, where celebrities past and present have left their eternal mark in the cement outside. This theater has hosted multiple movie premieres and Academy Awards. Sony Pictures Studio in Culver City is a must visit for film fanatics; see Dorothy’s yellow brick road, Spider-man’s epic battle sites, and the sets of Wheel of Fortune and Jeopardy!
