Peachtree City is an Atlanta suburb sprawling with paved golf cart routes throughout the area as another means of transportation. Golf carts have been so highly popularized that over 9,000 residents own one, and even the police department utilizes them to stay mobile throughout the city. Just eleven years ago Peachtree City was ranked at number eight on a list of the “100 Best Places to Live in the United States” and took the crown in the state of Georgia in 2012 for “Best Place to Raise Kids.” Peach tree City has consistently proven itself to be a community that values quality of life and promotes fun and relaxing activities. The median income for a household is just over $84,000 while much of that comes from the industry of golf and country club recreation. Soccer is another popular outdoor sport, and in the beginning of 2016 the city received a franchise from the Premier Development League, which commenced the Peachtree City MOBA.
